Returns

Prior to placing your order, kindly review our size chart. All orders are considered final. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions or concerns, and our team will be delighted to assist you with your order.

For refunds, we will only refund the cost of the item within 15 days of purchase in the form of store credit only all sale items are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please note that any items returned with signs of being worn, washed or with any tags removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before the commencement of the production phase. This is in place as once the item has entered production, our in-house team has already undertaken the preparation, cutting, and sewing processes.

If you received an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, please email us at * insert email * with a photo or video of the item and we will provide a replacement. Please note that you must contact us within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Your return request MUST be submitted to us through our return form and then your item will be inspected. Any signs of wear or damage will lead to your return request being denied.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered from our sample sale / final sale

  • Your ordered a made to measure and the item aligns with your measurements sent.

  • Your item has been worn and has stains

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged 15 days after delivery. Please look at our size chart before ordering if you are unsure about your size, pls send an email to * insert email * if you would like a made to measure fit, we will be happy to assist you in getting the perfect fit.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at * insert email * Our team will inspect the garment once received and process an exchange.

 

Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Please note we do not accept any exchanges or returns for any made to measure pieces.
