All Tzar studios orders are considered final, except in cases where a notice is provided before production is taken place. Please note that most garments are uniquely crafted, made to order, and personalized based on the style and size chosen on the website.  

Once your order has finished processing we will ship your item, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 working days. If you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at insert contact email. We use DHL Express. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and weather delays. Tzar studios is not responsible for additional taxes or duties imposed by customs. Shipping costs are non-refundable
